This fitness class is  based on building  the core muscles for a healthier more active lifestyle.

Whats Involved?

Dynabands - some moves are performed using extra resistance of a dynaband

Gymball Pilatesall the class is based on sitting, prone and supine on a gymball

Fitness FirstDumbbellssome moves are performed using the extra resistance of dumbbells

Blocks and own body weightusing a block for some of the moves and sequences

Gymsofts - using gymsofts for an unstable base to REALLY work the core hard
