Whats Involved?
Dynabands - some moves are performed using extra resistance of a dynaband
Gymball Pilates – all the class is based on sitting, prone and supine on a gymball
Dumbbells – some moves are performed using the extra resistance of dumbbells
Blocks and own body weight – using a block for some of the moves and sequences
